āPositive thought of the dayā I went into work and saw HR āļø
Journal Today I went into work to see HR for a welfare meeting. I met with two of my friends/colleagues before my meeting. It was great to catch up with them.
I met a few colleagues after my session and went to see the team.
I went home after a couple of hours and went to bed I felt so exhausted š¦ I wish I had more energy. Iām really struggling at the moment.
To do (next) week š Walk daily š PT x 2 š Read š Meditate š Relax as much as possible

Positive thought of the day ''I got some good walking in today in the sunshine'' Journal Today I had a blood test and completed a urine sample for the doctor.
I had my occupational health meeting which went well and we discussed a phased approach to me returning back to work. I was exhausted following the commute and walked a lot as it was a nice bright day!
Nick made a yummy daal garlic dinner which was part of my new energy plan from Rosie so fingers crossed it makes me feel better.

Positive thought of the day āItās never as bad as you thinkā Journal I had my meeting with my manager and HR and it went well. He even hugged me when he saw me (Which was strange). They agreed to my proposal and said they would be flexible. So thatās good. I met with two of my friends after which was lovely and bumped into another couple of colleagues so that was nice.
I went to my physio consultation which went well and she thinks she can work on my muscles with some deep tissue work and has given me some exercises.
I rested for the rest of the afternoon as I had a bad headache and foggy mind. Hopefully it will clear before work next week.
Chilled in the evening, cooked a yummy Thai turkey green curry and watched TV with my boys.

Positive thought of the day āYou are loved and valuedā Journal Today was my first day back at work. I got up early, had a nice breakfast, meditated and had cuddles with Bentley.
I went into work at 10am and had a great welcome with lots of cuddles and well wishes. I managed to get through with a decaf oat latte and a chat with one of my close friends which was good. I left at 2pm and felt shattered, hungry and had a headache. I was so proud of myself, I didnāt feel nervous, I felt confident and self assured and ok. I had a quiet evening and an early ish night. If I can get through tomorrow itās only one day left to go!
