Journal My therapist came to do a home visit it was quite an emotional one. I felt like I’d been hit by a bus. It made me realise with the pain and not sleeping that I am not ready to go back in September.

I cancelled all of my plans for next week and only doing essential appointments etc. I went upstairs and watched Netflix and tried to sleep but no luck. I need a break from this pain and exhaustion and emotional turmoil.

To do 💟 Doctors 💟 Watch a film 💟 Rest 💟 Read 💟 Meditate 💟 Blood tests

Journal I woke up early had a nice bath and then went to see my doctor. He signed me off until October and recommended some pain relief for my pains. He sent me for some blood tests. I had the blood tests done quickly which was great and then had a coffee.

I went to the hospital for a urine test and to collect a prescription for antibiotics. I collected my prescription and then got back to a lovely visit from my best friend.

We were in bed by 9:30pm and I am shattered so hopefully will sleep well!

Hi, thanks for stopping by!

Thanks so much for taking time out to read my story. I share my story and my journey on Instagram to build awareness about Chronic Illness and endometriosis.

Diagnosis of thoracic endometriosis has been a life changing experience with very little information out there.

Building a community of people who share their own experiences has made a huge difference to me and to others dealing with similar symptoms.

The idea was to support others on their path to diagnosis and treatment with shared experience.

Look after yourself!
